WRANGLERS CHILI

 


Ingredients

  • 2-3lb Ground Chuck or Protein of your choice and spice level.

  • 1 Chopped Onion

  • 3 teaspoon Ribeye Wranglers AP Seasoning 

  • 32 oz Tomato Juice

  • 2 –14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 –10oz can Rotel Original (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Ribeye Wrangler Chili Seasoning (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 2-3 –16oz cans Chili Beans to taste

Preparation

  1. Brown beef in a pot with onions and Ribeye Wrangler All Purpose Seasoning.

  2. Drain the fat and return the meat and onions to a chili pot.

  3. Add the Ribeye Wrangler Chili Seasoning to the drained/browned meat then add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Mix and allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Tips

Add shredded cheese before serving with crackers or corn chips.  Freezes well.
