RELLIM CHILI RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 3lb Ground Chuck or Protein of your choice.

  • 1 Chopped Onion

  • 3 teaspoon RELLIM RUB Seasoning 

  • 32 oz Tomato Juice

  • 2 –14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 –10oz can Rotel Original (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Rellim Chili Seasoning (+/- for mild or spicy)

  • 2 –16oz cans Chili Beans

Preparation

  1. Brown beef in a pot with onions and Rellim Rub All Purpose Seasoning.

  2. Drain the fat and return the meat and onions to a chili pot.

  3. Add the Rellim Chili Seasoning to the drained/browned meat then add the rest of the ingredients

  4. Mix and allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Tips

Add shredded cheese before serving with crackers or corn chips.  Freezes well.
