MAIERCARONI & CHEESE

1lb Macaroni
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 stick Salted Butter
1/4 cup Provolone or Mozzarella  Cheese
3/4 cup Muenster Cheese
3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cup Yellow or White American Cheese
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Tablespoon of Steak Tank Attack Seasoning (or your favorite all purpose)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil & Salt (For Pasta Water)


Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees

In a medium saucepan add 5 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Bring the water to a boil and add the macaroni. Allow pasta to cook for 6 minutes stirring occasionally.
After 6 minutes remove macaroni from heat and drain the water. Transfer the macaroni to a baking pan.
Add the melted butter and mix well. Next add the evaporated milk. Season with STEAK TANK ATTACK seasoning..
Add the beaten eggs and mix well. Lastly add the provolone, muenster, Monterey jack, American, sharp and mild
cheddar cheeses and mix well. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes stir the mac and cheese then return it to the oven and allow it to bake for an additional 25 minutes.
