SANSOM CHILI

Ingredients

3lb Ground Chuck

1 Chopped Onion
-
3 teaspoon Sansom Refuse Rub

32 oz Tomato Juice
-
2 –14.5oz Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes

3 shakes of Sansom Hot Sauce
-
1 –10oz can Rotel (original)

1 packet (3 Tablespoons) Sansom Chili Seasoning (+/- for mild or spicy)

2 –16oz cans Bush's Chili Beans, (Canned Pinto Beans in Hot Chili Sauce)
Preparation

Brown beef in a pot with onions and Sansom Refuse Rub.

Drain the fat and return the meat and onions to chili pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients
-
Mix and allow to simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Tips
Add shredded cheese before serving with crackers or corn chips.
